Order Processing

Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be processed.

While many orders may ship sooner, processing times can vary depending on order volume, product availability, holidays, and other circumstances.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your shipping confirmation and any available tracking information.

Domestic Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on your order and will be displayed at checkout before your purchase is completed.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery estimates provided at checkout or by the shipping carrier are estimates and may be subject to delays outside of Papa Joey’s Collectibles' control.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, tracking information provided by the carrier should be used for the most current delivery status.

Store Pickup

In-store pickup is available at participating Papa Joey’s Collectibles locations.

Please wait until you receive a pickup-ready confirmation email before visiting the selected store to collect your order.

Pickup availability and operating hours vary by location. Orders may be picked up during the selected location’s current business hours once the order has been confirmed as ready for pickup.

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct pickup location when placing their order.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged during shipment, is missing an item, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at papajoey@papajoeys.com with your order information.

We may request photographs or other information regarding the item, packaging, or shipment so that we can review the circumstances and work with you toward an appropriate resolution.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

All merchandise sales are final once purchased.

Returns, refunds, exchanges, and other order issues are governed by our Refund Policy. Any exceptions to our Final Sale policy are at the discretion of Papa Joey’s Collectibles and are not guaranteed.
